In the AI Accelerator, we will work through five areas so your team learns how to and develops the capability to design and embed AI into how they work.
Foundations and Context: Ground teams in the wider AI landscape and what it means for the future of work, with a specific focus on skills and how the workforce is changing.
Designing Work for AI: A method for designing work for AI augmentation at the individual level. Learn how to identify processes ripe for AI, map workflows to task level, and determine where AI adds value versus where human judgment is essential.
Team-focused AI Innovation: Shift from individual to collective, applying the method at the team level. This includes a structured approach to selecting use cases and a method for designing human-AI workflows that your team can deploy with their wider teams.
Building an AI-forward Culture: How to build a culture where AI use is embedded into how teams operate, covering six key dimensions to enable change.
Implementation: Co-create an activation plan, designed for your organisation's rhythm, creating clarity on what to do next, how to share this with teams, and how to measure success over the coming year.
