The Future of Work in the Age of AI
I speak on the future of work in the Age of AI. I cut through the hype and focus on the human to help leaders understand what is changing, why it matters, and how they can make a positive difference in the transition to an AI-augmented world.
I believe that AI is only as good as the operating model it lands in. So while some are solely focused on technology, I argue it’s the people and organisations that will determine if a company is going to thrive in the Age of AI. We must intentionally design work for AI while ensuring we make the most of both AI and human capabilities.
I bring over 20 years of experience working at the intersection of technology and people, leading digital and AI initiatives and organisation transformations across global companies. I have delivered keynotes and workshops to leadership teams across multiple countries, speaking to audiences of +1000 participants, either in-person and virtually.
My content is accessible for those just starting their AI journey, while remaining relevant for those much further along. I ground audiences in conceptual frameworks to make sense of this moment in AI and the associated workforce transformation before offering practical guidance that leaders can act on immediately, in their organisational context.
