About Me

Who am I?

I am Robyn Agoston and for as long as I can remember, I have been obsessed with work, people and technology. I'm a multi-passionate generalist with deep expertise in Organisation Effectiveness and the human side of Digital and Technology implementation.

I have a uniquely global perspective from living in seven countries, holding three citizenships, and over 20 years working across Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America. This international experience has taught me that while change might look different in every culture, the human elements stay surprisingly consistent.

Highlights

7 countries lived

9 years management consulting

6 years Ai & Digital Transformation

+30 countries with right to work

My journey started studying Labour Relations and Global Development, then tackling real-world challenges like rural-to-urban migration in India and youth employment in Ghana and Namibia. These experiences showed me something powerful: when you blend human connection with the right technology and learning opportunities, you can transform not just individual lives, but entire communities.

That passion led me to KPMG UK, where I spent nine years as a Management Consultant in People and Change and served as the UK Change Management Practice Lead. After a year of reset, personal growth and adventure, I moved to Basel, Switzerland, and jumped into the world of Digital, Data and AI at Novartis. For almost 6 years, I became an AI/tech-human translator, figuring out how to make technology truly work for business, their people and their customers.

What I have done?

I get my inspiration and creativity from the outdoors, and there's nothing like guiding people through challenging terrain to teach you about leadership and taking things one step at a time.

When I'm not helping teams navigate transformation, you'll find me on a mountain and occasionally by the sea. I often say humans have two competitive advantages over AI: the ability to connect to the physical world and with each other. Some of the best insights come when you step away from screens and into nature.
